blueberry cheesecake
1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 t. vanilla
1/2 t. almond extract
mix & stir until thick.
pour in graham cracker crust.
chill for at least 2 hours, then top with 1/2 can blueberry pie filling.
