ham chowder


cook until tender:
1 cup chopped onion
2 cups chopped celery
4 cups diced potatoes
2 cups cooked diced ham
2 cups corn

white sauce:
3/4 cup butter
3/4 flour
1 t. salt
whisk together and cook until smooth and add 3 cups milk and 1 cup canned milk.

combine all ingredients and cook on low 2-3 hours.
