Yummy Chicken Spread

8 Ounce softened cream cheese
1 small onion very finely chopped
4.25 ounce canned chicken
1 Tb Mayonnise
1Tb soy sauce

Blended all ingredients together with a hand mixer until creamy. Very good served with Ritz crackers!!!
