Cheesy Potato and Bacon Soup

3 cans cream of potato soup
2 cans evaporated milk
6 strips cooked bacon
1/4 cup pepper jack cheese
3/4 cup cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients in saucepan. Add cheese right before serving.
